Separation:

  • Flex tortillas back and forth in a wave motion before opening the bag. This will prevent product sticking together.

Storage:

  • To keep tortillas pliable and fresh, product should be kept in enclosed plastic bags at all times. Tortillas should be stored flat to eliminate bent, broken or ragged edges. Proper planning or rotation will ensure excellent flexibility and performance.
